Verbreitung: Japan (alle Hauptinseln).

Odontocis denticollis — 2.7.2023; Hiradake; Otsu-shi; Präf. Shiga.

Obwohl die Art laut Literatur gar nicht selten ist, auf Hokkaido sogar häufig, und aufgrund der Halsschilds (ein Horn in der Mitte, zwei stumpfe Vorsprünge links und rechts) fast unverwechselbar, habe ich kaum Informationen oder Bilder dazu gefunden.
